Collin Kidder cbc6115ec4 Make OpenGL graphing mode a setting so you can turn it on/off, sped up 
realtime graphing in Graphing Window.

OpenGL mode is pretty and you'll like it if you have a good video
card. But, don't enable it if you do a lot of complex graphing and
you have a crappy built-in Intel or AMD graphics card - your
performance will suffer. Otherwise, if you have a nice card enable it
for a nice graphical boost and maybe a little more speed.

Collin Kidder be96dd8dfa Merged a few changes from QCustomPlot's GIT repo that haven't made it 
to a release yet. Turned off OpenGL as it has troubles on some machines.

Collin Kidder 7550d04705 Graph Window - fix graph stride, actually works now, added follow mode 
Follow mode allows you to set a window size and then have the window
follow as data comes in. This is handy in order to see a realtime
graph of the last "N" seconds of data coming from the CAN bus.

Collin Kidder fc95e3dbea Make main CAN frames list scroll by pixel instead of by item 
This small change causes the main window to scroll a lot more smoothly
if you've got a lot of interpreted frames and you've expanded them.
Otherwise scrolling was not a fun time.

Collin Kidder d869b6a126 Switch ISOTP and UDS handlers to no longer be static. 
Now each can be instantiated multiple times with each instance handling
a different ISOTP or UDS stream. This should streamline some upcoming
code

Collin Kidder 470b8d3b0c Removed dependency on QScintilla, switched to jsedit 
QScintilla was *EXTREMELY* overkill for what I really needed. It also
created problems for people trying to compile the source. The new
solution is much easier to compile and use.

Collin Kidder 2d01f695e2 Added ability to change time format string for when you're in System 
Clock mode. Fixed code so that editing settings in the settings dialog
will now immediately take effect in the program.

Collin Kidder 2764c9bc52 Change GUI refresh rate to 4 times per second instead of 2. The 
refresh rate is purposefully limited to allow for better system
performance while capturing but 4 times per second is not really too
fast. Also updated version number

Collin Kidder 78d1680eac Fix to allow overwrite mode to cause screen refreshing. The refreshes 
in overwrite mode will be faster than the normal GUI refresh rate.
This could be handy for catching momentary messages.

Collin Kidder 439ac4fcc4 Update to V169 - Now compiles under QT 5.9 (LTS). Fixed some warnings, 
switched to using system QTScintilla library on Linux. This prevents
you from needing to compile it yourself, added preliminary support for
three buses with a GVRET device (for Macchina M2 boards)
