CANDataGrid had the bits reversed. Whoops... This has been fixed. Added a + in the center of the flow view graph to show that the current data is actually there in the center not at the right edge like you might assume. Incremented version number.

A pretty large shift in how frame reception works in the program. GUI updates are now strictly scheduled and the processor load has been cut to a small fraction of what it was. Program is now stable at any canbus load.

Big change to serial code - moved out to its own class and thread. Serial comm is now run on a separate thread. This code now certainly leaks a small amount of memory but that'll get fixed.

Added two more forms into the program and hooked them up. There is no graphing yet but the form is there. The details pane that was in the graphing screen in GVRET-PC is now its own form and being fleshed out still.
