Added a firmware uploader that can be used to upload firmware to supported cortex M3 boards (gvret, gevcu, evtvbms, etc) - Not tested to properly work yet but it does operate. Use at your own risk!

Fix a bug where intel and motorola format specifiers were reversed when loading and saving DBC files, fixed the dbc signal editor to properly set and show signals. That was broken too. Version is updated. There are still fixes to do so look for the next commit.

Added the ability to sync the main window and graph window to the flowview window so that while watching the flow the other two windows stay in sync.

e1eb1f9ab1
The main screen, flowview, and graphing screens are now linked. If you double click a frame on the main window or a graph in flowview or the graphing window the other two windows will update to show that data as well.

Modification of the modifier parsing strategy to allow for a lot more leeway in how you enter the values in. Previously the syntax was *VERY* strict. Now it's easier to get it to accept your modifier strings.

New version number, synched to upgraded GVRET version. Some fixes to make file comparator window work better. Add ability to enter single wire mode from SavvyCAN. Add continuous comm validation to SavvyCAN. It will now continuously make sure the connection seems to be viable and try to reconnect if things went south.

Changed save dialogs to be non-native. Some idiots decided not to automatically add file extensions but only on linux. OSX and Windows did the sane thing. But, to be consistent all use the non-native dialog now.

Fixed a long standing stupid issue where the playback window defaulted to "None" as the bus to send to. That's handy, huh? The new default is "From File" and this can now be changed as a preference as well.

Added "time as seconds" mode. It does what it says. This tends to be easier to view. Also added ID based filtering to the main form. This does work and will filter out any IDs you uncheck. Next up, loading and saving the filter list and saving the filtered frames to file.
