Removed dependency on QScintilla, switched to jsedit QScintilla was *EXTREMELY* overkill for what I really needed. It also created problems for people trying to compile the source. The new solution is much easier to compile and use.

Added ability to change time format string for when you're in System Clock mode. Fixed code so that editing settings in the settings dialog will now immediately take effect in the program.

Change GUI refresh rate to 4 times per second instead of 2. The refresh rate is purposefully limited to allow for better system performance while capturing but 4 times per second is not really too fast. Also updated version number

Fix to allow overwrite mode to cause screen refreshing. The refreshes in overwrite mode will be faster than the normal GUI refresh rate. This could be handy for catching momentary messages.

Update to V169 - Now compiles under QT 5.9 (LTS). Fixed some warnings, switched to using system QTScintilla library on Linux. This prevents you from needing to compile it yourself, added preliminary support for three buses with a GVRET device (for Macchina M2 boards)

Changed the way the filter system works in the CAN connection objects - now used only for sending frames immediately to relevant objects. Tested to work in firmware updater. Currently broken elsewhere. Also switched main frame update interval from 4 times per second to 8 to make things smoother.

Double clicking a graph's name now edits it instead of renaming it. This allows easier access to editing graphs. You can rename the graph in the edit screen if required.

First pass at turning on functionality to allow frame sending from the new connection system. The fuzzing window has been modified to use the new system. This validates that it mostly works now. More screens will be modified to work soon.
