A pretty large shift in how frame reception works in the program. GUI updates are now strictly scheduled and the processor load has been cut to a small fraction of what it was. Program is now stable at any canbus load.

Update the entire program to use QVector. This should make the performance better. Still trying to preallocate enough space for 10,000,000 frames which should be more than plenty.

Big change to serial code - moved out to its own class and thread. Serial comm is now run on a separate thread. This code now certainly leaks a small amount of memory but that'll get fixed.

Added two more forms into the program and hooked them up. There is no graphing yet but the form is there. The details pane that was in the graphing screen in GVRET-PC is now its own form and being fleshed out still.
