Collin Kidder f37926a497 Changed the CAN data grid to waste less space (more for the grid now), 
tweaks to the main DBC view to show the start bit and length after all
signals to make it easier to see the structure at a glance.

jogo- 76488451eb Fix bugs ISOTP+UDS data bytes 
The ISOTP and UDS data bytes were not initialized correctly as 'msg.payload().length()' !

Essentially fix these 2 bugs here:

Collin Kidder f53ad8a65a Fixed help system. 
Also switched from Sphinx generated HTML to GitHub markup help files.

This improves compatibility and will allow the help files to more easily be viewed on github as well.
