Tweaked debugging output for GVRET devices, fixed GVRET serial modes

Added the ability for GVRET serial to try both normal mode and ESP32 mode.
...
This way it basically automatically detects the proper connection type to use
and uses that mode to connect. That allows both types to work transparent
to the user. They select GVRET and the serial port and away they go.

Update to V169 - Now compiles under QT 5.9 (LTS). Fixed some warnings,
...
switched to using system QTScintilla library on Linux. This prevents
you from needing to compile it yourself, added preliminary support for
three buses with a GVRET device (for Macchina M2 boards)

Unified time base now so both GVRET and Socketcan devices yield timestamps in microseconds since the program started or clear was pressed, fixed frames per second display, fixed timestamps for sent frames
