Collin Kidder 66675e47b3 Added an ISO-TP decoder. At the moment it tries to decode all frames

Collin Kidder f3cccc2231 Updated version, added two new windows (not done), fixed more issues 
with how connecting works - it now also stores the last connection so
you can resume using it the next time the program is run.

Collin Kidder 18294c7712 Change default save/load format to native GVRET log format. This 
format has the most information and is really the best option. Fixed
up lack of ability to save IXXAT and CANDO filtered.

Collin Kidder cd5f851f35 Major mondification to how DBC files are handled in-program. Now it is 
much more object oriented and encapsulated. The biggest addition is
that it is now possible to support multiple DBC files being loaded at
once with each file associated to one or both buses. Note that
currently the program still does not support multiple DBC files but
the groundwork is there.

Collin Kidder 81e97e8803 Added ability for candatagrid to show the currently used bits in gray. 
Used in signal editor to help make it easier to know what bits are
used. Added single and double precision float code where appropriate.
They weren't supported at all before. But, that code isn't really
tested yet. Added support for multiplexed signals. Most all the code
for the UI is done and some of the backend but it isn't hooked into
the actual signal processing code just yet. Updated program version
number.

Collin Kidder 5facfe72aa Fixed a nasty bug that could cause the whole program to crash when 
changing ID filters. Made the new connection screen update to
show the set baud rates. Added the ability to set Single Wire mode on
the connection window but it actually doesn't work yet.

Collin Kidder 72f07f304f Addition of the range state window (it sort of works now too!), 
refactoring of some DBC code, fixed some DBC calcs, fixed a bug in the
frame playback window, incremented version number to show that a lot
has been done.

Collin Kidder 0ff076de3a Fixed up ability to send frames while not connected and to show frames 
that were sent within the same window as received frames. Added a new
scripting window that can be used to create scripts that send and
receive messages at runtime - not done but sort of working.

Collin Kidder 07de662532 Updated the entire program to work in either hex or decimal. Changing the mode in settings will change which is used in many places. 
You can always still enter values in decimal, hex, or binary regardless of the mode you are in.

Collin Kidder b8bd058f40 Remove all the references to using non-native save windows. It didn't fix linux and it broke Windows and linux. SO, yeah, this is reverting that. 
Also, 0 out data bytes that aren't used for the native format. The native format always shows 8 data bytes even if the frame didn't have that many. That way programs like Excel will still have data in all of the positions.

Collin Kidder 86df6052f1 Changed save dialogs to be non-native. Some idiots decided not to 
automatically add file extensions but only on linux. OSX and Windows
did the sane thing. But, to be consistent all use the non-native
dialog now.

Collin Kidder 65656b185b Added "time as seconds" mode. It does what it says. This tends to be easier to view. Also added ID based filtering to the main form.
