Collin Kidder 0ff076de3a Fixed up ability to send frames while not connected and to show frames 
that were sent within the same window as received frames. Added a new
scripting window that can be used to create scripts that send and
receive messages at runtime - not done but sort of working.

Collin Kidder 3fb702e22e Add sent frames to the frames lists as well. Previously anything sent 
by the program would not show up and this leads to various issues.

Collin Kidder 2916fb92eb Added more control options to graphing window, updated version number 
The graphing window now can be zoomed via the context menu or with the
+ and - keys. Also, you can reset to a "good" view of all the graphs
from the context menu.

Collin Kidder d0cf69f54f Added several example files. Every frame capture format has an 
example. All examples are exactly the same data. It is a small capture
from a Tesla Model S. Also, there is a sample DBC file which is actually
a real DBC file that has data on the EVTV BMS and Coda UQM motor
controller.

Collin Kidder e0db7e83fd Added a trigger ability to flowview. The playback will stop automatically if a trigger value is found. Collin Kidder b06d6ad9ad Fix a bug where intel and motorola format specifiers were reversed when loading and saving DBC files, fixed the dbc signal editor to properly set and show signals. Collin Kidder 004b430ca7 Added the ability to sync the main window and graph window to the flowview window so that while watching the flow the other two windows stay in sync. 
This eats processor power. A lot. You probably won't be able to go much faster than 100ms intervals. It won't have any effect.

Collin Kidder d298aea249 Fix to no longer default to new graphs being the first DBC signal loaded. 
The previous behavior always loaded that first signal and that made graphing custom things more annoying as the signal parameters all had to be deleted first.

Collin Kidder 07de662532 Updated the entire program to work in either hex or decimal. Changing the mode in settings will change which is used in many places. 
You can always still enter values in decimal, hex, or binary regardless of the mode you are in.

Collin Kidder f7b25c4496 Expanded file comparator window to be able to compare one file to many 
other files. Also, it can now filter to only show IDs that had data
unique to the one file of interest.

This all should make it easier to find data.

Collin Kidder 41ee0a8646 Now the playback window is capable of vastly quicker sending of frames. 
Use the burst setting and crank it up. Set the time interval to around 2ms and the burst to 6 and you'll be slinging frames like crazy.

Collin Kidder b8bd058f40 Remove all the references to using non-native save windows. It didn't fix linux and it broke Windows and linux. SO, yeah, this is reverting that. 
Also, 0 out data bytes that aren't used for the native format. The native format always shows 8 data bytes even if the frame didn't have that many. That way programs like Excel will still have data in all of the positions.

Collin Kidder 92176bbe92 Intel vs Motorola format was backwards in the program. This has been 
corrected. Any older DBC files saved by this program will need to be
updated to compensate.

Collin Kidder 86df6052f1 Changed save dialogs to be non-native. Some idiots decided not to 
automatically add file extensions but only on linux. OSX and Windows
did the sane thing. But, to be consistent all use the non-native
dialog now.

Collin Kidder 65656b185b Added "time as seconds" mode. It does what it says. This tends to be easier to view. Also added ID based filtering to the main form.
