Updated the entire program to work in either hex or decimal. Changing the mode in settings will change which is used in many places.
You can always still enter values in decimal, hex, or binary regardless of the mode you are in.

Now it is possible to delete nodes and messages. Also fixed display of messageboxes for when you try to duplicate message/node names or IDs.

Addition of two new forms for DBC editing. Not done yet. The main editor window works for viewing though. Still toying with ideas for the signal editor. Very much a work in progress.
