Andy Huska 7e4ebf2c74 Fixed nonfunctional node delete. Was due to trying to find node by name but 
passing in the name and comment concatenated together.  Made a new function to
find by name+comment since extracting only name from the text in the column would
require too much guessing.

Lucidiot 7af544e03f Allow overriding PREFIX on qmake 
I tried to build SavvyCAN for Alpine Linux and ran `qtmake-qt5 PREFIX=/usr`. I got errors because Alpine's packaging tool does not allow placing any files in `/usr/local`; it turns out the prefix I set was ignored because `isEmpty(PREFIX)` was not directly followed by a block, so the block statement gets treated as a separate statement and the `isEmpty` just does nothing.

Explicitly ask for specific versions of Windows, Ubuntu, and MacOS to prevent future "surprise" issues.

Also, now using a slightly older Ubuntu version to allow people to still use 18.04 with the auto generated package.
