Addition of the range state window (it sort of works now too!),

refactoring of some DBC code, fixed some DBC calcs, fixed a bug in the
frame playback window, incremented version number to show that a lot
has been done.

e0db7e83fd
Added a trigger ability to flowview. The playback will stop automatically if a trigger value is found. This allows for moving quickly through the data looking for a given value. Also change the hotkeys to R,T,Y because they aren't really needed for anything else on the form.

Modification of the modifier parsing strategy to allow for a lot more leeway in how you enter the values in. Previously the syntax was *VERY* strict. Now it's easier to get it to accept your modifier strings.

Updated the entire program to work in either hex or decimal. Changing the mode in settings will change which is used in many places.
...
You can always still enter values in decimal, hex, or binary regardless of the mode you are in.
