Changed the way the filter system works in the CAN connection objects - now used only for sending frames immediately to relevant objects. Tested to work in firmware updater. Currently broken elsewhere. Also switched main frame update interval from 4 times per second to 8 to make things smoother.

Additional implementation of the new connection scheme. It is now possible to send frames to CANConnection objects indirectly based on registered bus number.

This further abstracts the interface. Things are reasonably stable now for frame reception. Initial work has been done to support frame transmission as well. This is currently less stable but mostly working.

Added a firmware uploader that can be used to upload firmware to supported cortex M3 boards (gvret, gevcu, evtvbms, etc) - Not tested to properly work yet but it does operate. Use at your own risk!
