Removed singlewire mode from settings screen because it is on

Updated the entire program to work in either hex or decimal. Changing the mode in settings will change which is used in many places.
You can always still enter values in decimal, hex, or binary regardless of the mode you are in.

Fix to make access of canbus frames const correct. It's now not really possible to modify the captured canbus frames from outside the model class that holds them. This is safer and more future proof.
Boring update but it might save head scratching in the future.

Added dynamic update support to flowView as well. As in the frame details view, it currently does not do realtime updates as frames come in but will update when a new file is loaded.

Both FlowView and Frame Details will now auto refresh when reopened. But, also there is a new interface that allows the various screens to get status updates. This is currently only active in the Frame Details screen and not completely yet but it is started and functional.

Update the entire program to use QVector. This should make the performance better. Still trying to preallocate enough space for 10,000,000 frames which should be more than plenty.

Got the frame details window working. This implements the funcationality once found on the graphing window in GVRET-PC. Now it is here in a dialog box.

Added two more forms into the program and hooked them up. There is no graphing yet but the form is there. The details pane that was in the graphing screen in GVRET-PC is now its own form and being fleshed out still.
