Removed the *.user file from the index. It doesn't belong being version tracked. Also fixed an extraneous qualifier that didn't mess up on Windows but breaks the compile on OSX.

Now allowing a frame sending time of zero. This causes it to run as quickly as the operating system allows it to run. Also, properly named the playback dialog.

Big change to serial code - moved out to its own class and thread. Serial comm is now run on a separate thread. This code now certainly leaks a small amount of memory but that'll get fixed.

Added two more forms into the program and hooked them up. There is no graphing yet but the form is there. The details pane that was in the graphing screen in GVRET-PC is now its own form and being fleshed out still.
