Integrated help into the system. Most all the sub-screens that are actually complete
and working have integrated help now. Press F1 to bring up help for a given window.

Add fault handling code mostly used to detect when the serial port disappears while a GVRET style device is connected. Beginnings of code to add a reconnect button.

Added a serial console to the connection window which can be used to
figure out what is going on with a connected device. Currently really
only useful for GVRET style devices.
