remove obsolete QWheelEvent::delta() (qt6)

The function `QWheelEvent::delta()` is [deprecated in Qt5](https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qwheelevent-obsolete.html#delta ),
and has been removed in Qt6.
We port it to `QWheelEvent::angleDelta()`.

There now should be no warnings when compiling on LINUX. YMMV elsewhere.

Removed dependency on QScintilla, switched to jsedit
...
QScintilla was *EXTREMELY* overkill for what I really needed. It also
created problems for people trying to compile the source. The new
solution is much easier to compile and use.
