Collin Kidder 5facfe72aa Fixed a nasty bug that could cause the whole program to crash when 
changing ID filters. Made the new connection screen update to
show the set baud rates. Added the ability to set Single Wire mode on
the connection window but it actually doesn't work yet.

Collin Kidder 4dc8c5b434 Initial commit where connection window is active and it is possible to 
connect to GVRET but this time through the connection window and the
menu option "Connect".

Collin Kidder 49f2525320 Add files for a new window for connections (allows for different types 
of connections and also makes auto refreshing the port list easier)
