Collin Kidder b54777d1aa Completion of adding a new mode to sniffer window (View Bits). Also 
now it loads and saves the window position, size, and column sizes for
the sniffer window.

Collin Kidder f4474badc5 Added ability to change the font size. 
It mostly works. It's a little wonky sometimes but it will mostly change all fonts in the application to the size you set.

Collin Kidder 0f9584eaea Fixed ISOTP Interpreter Window - It functions again. 
Also added UDS decoding to the ISOTP window. An attempt is made to see
if a frame looks like UDS and then it is decoded.

Also, some code clean up to remove some compiler warnings. There's a
LONG way to go still.

Collin Kidder 9be4838618 Added "continuous logging" functionality. 
This is useful if you're having stability troubles and/or are worried
about crashes. With traditional logging you can lose your capture if
the program, CAN adapter, or computer crash before you've saved. With
continuous logging the file is flushed to disk every couple of seconds
so you won't lose more than a few seconds of log even during a crash.

Collin Kidder cbc6115ec4 Make OpenGL graphing mode a setting so you can turn it on/off, sped up 
realtime graphing in Graphing Window.

OpenGL mode is pretty and you'll like it if you have a good video
card. But, don't enable it if you do a lot of complex graphing and
you have a crappy built-in Intel or AMD graphics card - your
performance will suffer. Otherwise, if you have a nice card enable it
for a nice graphical boost and maybe a little more speed.

Collin Kidder fc95e3dbea Make main CAN frames list scroll by pixel instead of by item 
This small change causes the main window to scroll a lot more smoothly
if you've got a lot of interpreted frames and you've expanded them.
Otherwise scrolling was not a fun time.

Collin Kidder 470b8d3b0c Removed dependency on QScintilla, switched to jsedit 
QScintilla was *EXTREMELY* overkill for what I really needed. It also
created problems for people trying to compile the source. The new
solution is much easier to compile and use.
