The dbc signal editor window now refreshes to update the bitfield as
editing takes place. Fixed a bug that caused duplicates of nodes to
appear in the parent node combobox

DBC editor windows. Should more or less function now even for FD frames.

Fixes to make extended multiplexing code work properly, implementation
of nested multiplexing in main screen for interpretation.
Overall, it's ugly but mostly functional at this point.
