Added dynamic update support to flowView as well. As in the frame details view, it currently does not do realtime updates as frames come in but will update when a new file is loaded.

Update the entire program to use QVector. This should make the performance better. Still trying to preallocate enough space for 10,000,000 frames which should be more than plenty.

Flowview is now essentially complete - hooked up the graphing view to display the data and scroll with the flow view.
