Major mondification to how DBC files are handled in-program. Now it is
...
much more object oriented and encapsulated. The biggest addition is
that it is now possible to support multiple DBC files being loaded at
once with each file associated to one or both buses. Note that
currently the program still does not support multiple DBC files but
the groundwork is there.

Switched to a safer way to deal with signals in the graphing window.
...
Previously it was possible to crash the program by graphing with a
signal and then loading a different DBC file. No more will that
happen. Also, there is an error message if you load a graph definition
file that relies on a DBC file that you don't have loaded.

Added more control options to graphing window, updated version number
...
The graphing window now can be zoomed via the context menu or with the
+ and - keys. Also, you can reset to a "good" view of all the graphs
from the context menu.

e1eb1f9ab1
The main screen, flowview, and graphing screens are now linked. If you double click a frame on the main window or a graph in flowview or the graphing window the other two windows will update to show that data as well.

Fix to no longer default to new graphs being the first DBC signal loaded.

The previous behavior always loaded that first signal and that made graphing custom things more annoying as the signal parameters all had to be deleted first.

Added ability to save the custom graph names you give to things. Also fixed up an issue with the signed value support in the graphs. Lastly, a small change to the random colors to ensure they ever get too bright.

Remove all the references to using non-native save windows. It didn't fix linux and it broke Windows and linux. SO, yeah, this is reverting that.
...
Also, 0 out data bytes that aren't used for the native format. The native format always shows 8 data bytes even if the frame didn't have that many. That way programs like Excel will still have data in all of the positions.

Fix to make access of canbus frames const correct. It's now not really possible to modify the captured canbus frames from outside the model class that holds them. This is safer and more future proof.
...
Boring update but it might save head scratching in the future.

Added ability to save an image of the graph, fixed graphing so that timing is relative to the start of the capture (this makes viewing one capture after another with the same graphs much easier). Fixed rescale when importing a new file (no longer rescales).
...
The bottom line is that it'll be a lot easier to work with graphing of multiple files now.

Graphing window now retains your current view when graphs are added and subtracted unless you get down to no graphs.
...
This makes it easier to load lots of graphs and do work without having the graph constantly resize.

Added two more forms into the program and hooked them up. There is no graphing yet but the form is there. The details pane that was in the graphing screen in GVRET-PC is now its own form and being fleshed out still.
