Collin Kidder 028a108169 Added ability to decode MARK frames from the CAN stream. These are used just to mark 
where you've done something. M2RET devices currently support this, more support to come later on.

Collin Kidder 0f9584eaea Fixed ISOTP Interpreter Window - It functions again. 
Also added UDS decoding to the ISOTP window. An attempt is made to see
if a frame looks like UDS and then it is decoded.

Also, some code clean up to remove some compiler warnings. There's a
LONG way to go still.

Collin Kidder 9be4838618 Added "continuous logging" functionality. 
This is useful if you're having stability troubles and/or are worried
about crashes. With traditional logging you can lose your capture if
the program, CAN adapter, or computer crash before you've saved. With
continuous logging the file is flushed to disk every couple of seconds
so you won't lose more than a few seconds of log even during a crash.

Collin Kidder 2764c9bc52 Change GUI refresh rate to 4 times per second instead of 2. The 
refresh rate is purposefully limited to allow for better system
performance while capturing but 4 times per second is not really too
fast. Also updated version number

Collin Kidder 439ac4fcc4 Update to V169 - Now compiles under QT 5.9 (LTS). Fixed some warnings, 
switched to using system QTScintilla library on Linux. This prevents
you from needing to compile it yourself, added preliminary support for
three buses with a GVRET device (for Macchina M2 boards)

Collin Kidder 9e37ded7cb Fixes for many issues in flowview, graphing window, and frame playback. 
In FlowView:
- Drastically improved functionality of live mode. It actually works now
- Fixed several crash bugs
- Program didn't used to pick up new frames properly. This is now corrected.

In Graphing window:
- Fixed dynamic updates to work properly even under heavy bus loads

In frame playback:
- Fixed a bug where single stepping through frames didn't send them over canbus

Collin Kidder 4282f6b25c *Very* drastic changes to the graphing system. Now all graphs are done very much like DBC signals. Quite a bit has changed. 
This commit compiles but the results are all funky. Just committing to give a good reference point during debugging. Don't
use compiles from this revision. Wait young Jedi...

Collin Kidder 81e97e8803 Added ability for candatagrid to show the currently used bits in gray. 
Used in signal editor to help make it easier to know what bits are
used. Added single and double precision float code where appropriate.
They weren't supported at all before. But, that code isn't really
tested yet. Added support for multiplexed signals. Most all the code
for the UI is done and some of the backend but it isn't hooked into
the actual signal processing code just yet. Updated program version
number.

Collin Kidder 72f07f304f Addition of the range state window (it sort of works now too!), 
refactoring of some DBC code, fixed some DBC calcs, fixed a bug in the
frame playback window, incremented version number to show that a lot
has been done.

Collin Kidder 0ff076de3a Fixed up ability to send frames while not connected and to show frames 
that were sent within the same window as received frames. Added a new
scripting window that can be used to create scripts that send and
receive messages at runtime - not done but sort of working.

The graphing window now can be zoomed via the context menu or with the
+ and - keys. Also, you can reset to a "good" view of all the graphs
from the context menu.

Collin Kidder b06d6ad9ad Fix a bug where intel and motorola format specifiers were reversed when loading and saving DBC files, fixed the dbc signal editor to properly set and show signals.
