Collin Kidder 990f034936 More implementation of range mode. It works reasonably well now. 
It is now possible to look at each signal that was found.

Collin Kidder 72f07f304f Addition of the range state window (it sort of works now too!), 
refactoring of some DBC code, fixed some DBC calcs, fixed a bug in the
frame playback window, incremented version number to show that a lot
has been done.
