Added a firmware uploader that can be used to upload firmware to supported cortex M3 boards (gvret, gevcu, evtvbms, etc) - Not tested to properly work yet but it does operate. Use at your own risk!

Big change to serial code - moved out to its own class and thread. Serial comm is now run on a separate thread. This code now certainly leaks a small amount of memory but that'll get fixed.

Added two more forms into the program and hooked them up. There is no graphing yet but the form is there. The details pane that was in the graphing screen in GVRET-PC is now its own form and being fleshed out still.
