Updated the entire program to work in either hex or decimal. Changing the mode in settings will change which is used in many places.
You can always still enter values in decimal, hex, or binary regardless of the mode you are in.

Intel vs Motorola format was backwards in the program. This has been
corrected. Any older DBC files saved by this program will need to be
updated to compensate.

Fixed an issue with there being no visual confirmation that intel byte mode had been changed in DBC editor, made masking work much more intuitively in graphing screen.
