Fix bitview in Signal Editor on MacOS

MacOS didn't scale the bitfield widget quite the way it was supposed to. The layout has been redesigned to prevent this issue.

Changed the CAN data grid to waste less space (more for the grid now),

tweaks to the main DBC view to show the start bit and length after all
signals to make it easier to see the structure at a glance.

First pass implementing support for extended multiplexing.

This causes significant changes to the DBC interface. Things are
probably a bit broken right now. Committing to get it on record
