Add CARBUS Analyzer file load.
...
- Generic CSV parses file without failures, so CARBUS must be higher.
- File may be loaded but will have no packets. Adjusted UI message for this case.
- Obviously if we got CANHACKER header, then file is already detected and there is no need to parse.

Added a format tester for every input format and an auto-loader that

tries to guess the file type based on its contents.
Not completely stable yet but still a lot more fun than trying to find
the file format in a list of 19 file formats.

Fix a few typos, and fix import/export of timestamps. Normalizes to microseconds, and makes the first sample happen at 0. Exported version is now indistinguishable from the imported version, other than the timestamps starting at 0.

Added "continuous logging" functionality.
...
This is useful if you're having stability troubles and/or are worried
about crashes. With traditional logging you can lose your capture if
the program, CAN adapter, or computer crash before you've saved. With
continuous logging the file is flushed to disk every couple of seconds
so you won't lose more than a few seconds of log even during a crash.

Fix to make access of canbus frames const correct. It's now not really possible to modify the captured canbus frames from outside the model class that holds them. This is safer and more future proof.

Boring update but it might save head scratching in the future.
